Our assembly

Wow Mrs Wixon and Mrs Wilson were so proud of our class today. What a fabulous job they did at our wonderful assembly! They all spoke so well and clearly in front of over 300 people!!!!! What absolute rock stars! :) so so so proud of all of you xxx

Engagement levels are high

Room 1 are such great learners. They are engaged in their learning and enjoy what they do. Mrs Wixon and Mrs Wilson are so proud of them all!

Shapes!

On Friday we had fun with string and paper to make shapes and then we made shapes into different things!

Monday's Numeracy

In Numeracy today one of the groups were making sets! (See photos below)

Another group was using skip counting to solve problems. 

One of the groups was finding matching domino patterns.

The last group were drawing pictures and number sentences for word stories. A busy day in Room 1!

We had some fun stations too: number twister, painting shapes, memory, a domino trail, a memory game and sorting some equipment as well as our WALT activities!
